Ginger Flavored Fried Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Pork Loin Slices (200g 5mm thick, 7.05 oz 1/5 inch thick)
  • 1 piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sake
  • Katakuriko (potato starch) or cornstarch for coating
  • Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:

Poke pork loin slices with a top of cooking knives. Put soy sauce, sake, and grated ginger in a plastic bag and marinate pork loin slices for about one hour. Lightly pat chicken with paper towels and coat with potato starch. Heat oil in a deep skillet to about 320 degrees. Fry the pork loin slices in 320F oil for a few min. Turn over the pork loin slices and fry a few more min. Take out the pork and put them on a paper towel to drain the oil. Decorate a plate by fried pork it looks like flower.
