What kind of dish can remain in the mind of people?
Hunger, taste and looks are important factors to create a memorable dish.
Despite of this the most important factor for me is, expectation.
Expectation the customer gets when sharing this dish with another precious person.
Expectation the customer had when looking forward coming to eat this dish.
If I cannot fulfill my customers expectation, my feel is i didn't complete a good dish.
Being able to create this kind of dish for a customer, I think needs many considerations of this unique peoples feeling and to try putting it into a special prepared dish.
If my dish can remain in this peoples mind because of its self and not counting on the customer’s situation and expectation, it brings the most pleasure and happiness to me as a cook.
I hope my dish can become your most memorable dish that can strike your heart, if so it's my highly made pleasure.
