Steamed Mackerel with Miso Sauce
Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Mackerel Fillets
- 3 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- Tbsp Miso (White Miso 1:1 Red Miso)
- 1 tsp Sugar
Preparation:
Steam Mackerel for 5-8minutes on medium heat. Prepare the sauce by adding water in saucepan, and when it comes to a boil, cook the chopped ginger in it for about 2 minutes. Stir soy sauce and sugar in, and remove saucepan from heat. Add miso into the saucepan, and mix well. Drizzle miso sauce onto steamed Mackerel and serve.
