What's Tobiko?

Tobiko are the eggs of the flying fish. They are called flying fish roe. These athletic fish are cabable of gliding a distance of amazing 50 meters (160 ft). Using updrafts of waves they can even cover distances up to 400 meters (1'300 ft).
